- •Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform.
- •We are seeking a Telecommunication Engineer to own the communication infrastructure powering customer and internal interactions, focusing on telephony, messaging, email, and WhatsApp channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day performance and reliability of Dwelly’s communication channels.
- •Build, maintain, and optimize telephony routing scenarios for inbound and outbound call flows.
- •Handle requests from Dwelly employees regarding any communication channel or telephony issue.
- •Assess the telecom stack of acquired agencies and support integration processes.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of telephony systems, SIP, trunks, routing logic, and VoIP operations.
- •Experience troubleshooting telecom incidents across voice, SMS, email, or messaging channels.
- •Ability to work with APIs, logs, JSON, webhooks, and provider documentation.
- •Strong problem-solving skills
