- •Figma is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and operational systems that scale a fast-growing business.
- •You will partner with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations to drive initiatives from problem framing through rollout.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, from problem framing to measurement.
- •Own the operating cadence of Figma Weave, including planning rhythms and executive rituals.
- •Design and ship AI-powered automations to remove repetitive manual work.
- •Build dashboards and reviews to turn data into decisions.
- •Develop business cases and craft executive-level narratives.
- •Requirements Experience leading cross-functional programs end-to-end at a high-growth software or AI-native company.
- •Demonstrated outcomes in shipping programs that moved metrics or transformed team workflows.
- •Technical and analytical fluency, comfortable with SQL and modern data tooling.
- •Daily, hands-on AI use and experience building or shipping automations.
- •A systems mindset and comfort with ambiguity and autonomy.
