- •Figma is seeking an Executive Recruiter to shape the next generation of senior leadership.
- •This strategic role involves partnering with senior leaders to define and deliver searches for critical hires across Director, VP, and C-suite levels.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle executive searches end-to-end for Director, VP, and above roles.
- •Serve as a strategic partner to senior hiring leaders, shaping search strategy and talent decisions.
- •Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research to understand the executive talent landscape.
- •Act as a brand steward, ensuring all candidate touchpoints reflect Figma's values.
- •Lead offer strategy and negotiation for senior candidates.
- •Requirements 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on executive hiring.
- •Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical leadership roles in-house.
- •Track record of owning searches end-to-end and closing senior leadership hires.
- •Demonstrated ability to build trusted, consultative partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of how leadership roles impact company strategy.
