Lead Piercer responsible for customer experience, operations, and safety in a fine jewelry studio.
- •Mejuri is seeking a Lead Piercer to elevate customer service, boost profitability, and create a welcoming environment in their piercing studios.
- •You will be the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring a high standard of piercing services and customer experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee the piercing customer journey from greeting to aftercare education.
- •Maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency in the piercing studio.
- •Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Mejuri's piercing services and building a strong client base.
- •Style, stack, and suggest products for piercing clients, assisting them in designing their own ear stacks.
- •Support inventory management and ensure optimal product assortment.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience with needle piercing.
- •Up-to-date First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
- •Experience working with an autoclave or statim.
- •Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures.
- •Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
