Staff Fullstack Engineer to define architecture and lead technical alignment.
- •We’re looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to shape how we build across the entire product.
- •This is a technical leadership role with engineering-wide scope
- •you’ll define architecture, lead cross-team technical alignment, and make decisions that determine how Clutch scales.

- •Key Responsibilities Define architecture and lead cross-team technical alignment.
- •Ship production contributions and establish technical voice.
- •Propose and execute plans to reduce complexity in specific areas.
- •Drive architectural decisions influencing team building.
- •Simplify systems, processes, or patterns creating friction.
- •Requirements 10+ years of software engineering with deep expertise in TypeScript across the full stack (Node.js + React or equivalent).
- •Track record of shipping major backend infrastructure, complex libraries, or large-scale frontend systems.
- •Ability to design and articulate architecture, tradeoffs, and scaling limits of complex systems.
- •Experience leading cross-functional technical alignment.
- •Proven ability to reduce complexity at scale.
