Senior Manager, Internal Communications to lead strategy and execution for 9,000+ team members.
- •Lead the development and execution of Allegiant's internal communications strategies to keep over 9,000 Team Members informed, engaged, and aligned with company priorities across 22+ locations.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communication strategies.
- •Oversee communication channels, engagement initiatives, and change communications.
- •Partner with executive leadership, HR, and business leaders to strengthen culture and enhance the Team Member experience.
- •Lead storytelling efforts and support recognition programs and company events.
- •Manage frontline and workforce communications, modernizing tools and approaches.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- •Minimum eight (8) years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications. 3+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise initiatives.
- •Experience communicating with geographically dispersed, frontline, and deskless workforces.
- •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet platforms, and internal communication tools.
