Manage the full expert lifecycle for multilingual and multimodal AI programs.
- •The Talent Manager will manage the full expert lifecycle, ensuring LILT has the right talent for multilingual and multimodal AI programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own internal and external sourcing campaigns for expert linguists and AI data specialists.
- •Design, administer, and score vetting and testing assessments for candidate quality.
- •Manage end-to-end onboarding for new experts.
- •Maintain accurate records in the expert database.
- •Liaise with Production and Revenue stakeholders to align sourcing plans.
- •Requirements Experience in Applied AI and localization vendor management.
- •Track record in large-scale multilingual projects.
- •Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
- •Bachelor's degree required.
