- •Key Responsibilities Lead operational excellence initiatives from definition to adoption.
- •Manage scope, plans, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives.
- •Translate operational needs into system requirements and ensure solutions work in real workflows.
- •Identify where AI tools and automation can reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- •Partner with Quality and Product to support Computer System Validation (CSV) for GxP-touching systems.
- •Requirements 4-6 years in Operational Excellence/Process Improvement/Operations.
- •Proven experience in validated environments and CSV activities.
- •Comfortable working with AI tools as an informed user.
- •Strong capability in process analysis, continuous improvement methods, and data-driven decision making.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
