TL;DR
Lead technical authority for enterprise clients in the payments lifecycle.
- •PPRO is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the lead technical authority for major enterprise clients, bridging complex payment technology with strategic deal-making.
- •You will act as a trusted technical partner throughout the commercial lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical engagement during the pre-sales process and represent PPRO in client workshops.
- •Own and author technical, security, and architectural responses for enterprise RFPs and RFIs.
- •Guide merchants through platform modernization and integration with PPRO's services.
- •Oversee technical testing and initial production transaction flows during go-live phases.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer-facing solutions engineering, technical sales, or integration consulting within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
- •Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and API testing tools like Postman.
- •Deep understanding of global payment infrastructure, local payment methods, and processing flows.
- •Exceptional presentation skills and ability to manage technical Q&A and conflict gracefully.
