About the role
TL;DR
Manage the full SDLC for new products and features, translating requirements into technical specifications and driving successful product launches.
- •Technical Program Manager at AKASA, you will work with product managers, engineering, and customer success teams to design, build, launch, and scale new products and features.
- •You will translate product requirements into technical specifications, iterate with the engineering team, and roll out products to customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the SDLC from start to finish, including creating timelines and milestones.
- •Translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure quality of requirement documents.
- •Own the scrum process and drive improvements to accelerate team velocity.
- •Define and execute UAT plans, coordinating test cases and stakeholder sign-off.
- •Mitigate risks and report progress regularly to all stakeholders.
- •Requirements Strong technical background with understanding of Generative AI products.
- •Expertise in Jira for project management, including sprints, dashboards, and workflows.
- •Ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
- •Excellent communication skills to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
- •Experience managing complex projects with consistent attention to detail.
