About the role
TL;DR
Negotiates and optimizes ground leases for wireless communication infrastructure.
- •The Asset Management Leasing Specialist will focus on business development, marketing, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating ground leases through amendment programs, with a concentration on near-term ground leases.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations for lease extensions, renewals, amendments, and sublease consents.
- •Coordinate pricing for ground expansions and optimize ground leases to improve portfolio performance.
- •Cultivate relationships with landowners and secure timely approvals for lease documents.
- •Review and abstract ground lease provisions to identify risks and opportunities.
- •Prepare and present deal decks for Investment Committee approval.
- •Requirements Minimum four-year degree, preferably in business or a related field.
- •Minimum three years of experience, preferably in real estate or commercial/telecommunications leasing.
- •Strong negotiating skills with experience in property management.
- •Advanced Excel competency and proficiency with MS Office suite.
- •Strong organizational and communication skills.
