- •Maple is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the provider experience and product initiatives for their Clinical and Customer Support Operations teams.
- •This role involves owning the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for this portfolio, driving it from discovery through launch and iteration.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for provider experience and clinical operations.
- •Develop a deep understanding of providers and internal operational teams through research and data.
- •Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- •Identify and validate where AI can meaningfully improve provider or clinical workflows.
- •Partner closely with engineering and design to shape solutions and deliver high-quality experiences.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in a software environment.
- •Experience leading a cross-functional product squad from discovery through launch.
- •Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- •Ability to use data, research, and customer insight to make product decisions.
- •Comfort working through ambiguity, complex workflows, and competing priorities.
