About the role
TL;DR
Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain HR data accuracy.
- •As a junior People Operations Analyst, you will support employee lifecycle processes, assist with payroll preparation, and maintain accurate employee records.
- •You will also manage service desk requests and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- •Assist with payroll preparation and data validation.
- •Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- •Manage People Service Desk requests and provide timely support.
- •Contribute to People Operations projects and process improvements.
- •Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
- •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- •Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems.
- •Fluency in English and the local language of the country supported.
- •Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
