- •DualEntry is building the OS for finance, automating accounting from data entry to close.
- •This role will own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll and internal systems Own HR policies, templates and internal employee communications Partner with Finance on payroll coordination, compensation changes and audits Requirements Hardcore work ethic and high agency 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity
