- •Senra Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely production.
- •This role is crucial for scaling manufacturing and bridging execution between production, engineering, and quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, resolving issues in real time.
- •Coach and develop a team of technicians, driving accountability and performance.
- •Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- •Partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve nonconformances and drive root cause analysis.
- •Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and productivity, implementing improvements.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior supervisory experience.
- •Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-mix, high-volume production settings.
- •Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
- •Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- •Proficiency in Excel for tracking production metrics and data analysis.
