- •Grove Collaborative is seeking a PX Support Specialist to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of their Elizabethtown fulfillment center's People Experience team.
- •This role is crucial for supporting pick/pack associates and machine operators from onboarding through daily inquiries.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist with staffing support, including posting openings and scheduling interviews.
- •Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation logistics.
- •Handle administrative steps for employee offboarding.
- •Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and escalate issues as needed.
- •Support HR program administration, including compensation, benefits, and leave.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of HR or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- •Comfortable following established processes with accuracy and consistency.
- •Willingness to learn new systems quickly, including Greenhouse or ADP.
- •Curious about AI and eager to learn new tools.
- •Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to flag mistakes early.
