About the role
TL;DR
Supports technical system users by developing and delivering training and documentation.
- •The Training & Development Analyst supports end-users of LAIKA’s technical systems, ensuring adoption and consistent use across the studio.
- •This role develops and delivers training and technical support for various in-house and third-party systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Gather requirements for new technology and create user stories.
- •Develop and deliver presentations for new product rollouts.
- •Document workflows and identify training needs for production teams.
- •Report and track bugs and system issues to developers.
- •Create web-based resources for technology adoption.
- •Requirements 3+ years of administrative or technical support experience.
- •Experience with technology development and software lifecycle.
- •Proficient with MS Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- •Familiar with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- •Excellent written communication skills.
