TL;DR
Owns the product area for insurance case management lifecycle, partnering with engineering.
- •As Senior Product Manager for Case Management, you will own the product area that moves insurance cases through their lifecycle.
- •You will lead the product life cycle for this domain, partner closely with Engineering, and work across Zinnia’s Product Organization to deliver measurable value.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Zinnia’s case-management capabilities.
- •Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams and manage requirements end to end.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and evaluate product performance.
- •Champion data-privacy and regulatory/compliance requirements when designing workflows.
- •Requirements 9+ years in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
- •Strong background as a technical and functional Product Manager or Business/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- •Hands-on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
- •Strong understanding of the SDLC, technology system interfaces, and data integration.
