- •Zen Educate is revolutionising education by providing an online platform that gives schools instant access to vetted teachers and support staff, saving them money and increasing teacher pay.
- •This role is an opportunity to join a hypergrowth tech startup making a significant impact in the EdTech sector.
- •Key Responsibilities Increase the number of new candidates on the platform.
- •Ensure smooth daily operations, including candidate liquidity and booking fulfillment.
- •Carry out onboarding processes and assessments for teachers and teaching assistants.
- •Interact with candidates to maintain positive relationships and create a great experience.
- •Increase the number of talented candidates and help place them in roles.
- •Requirements Passion for companies with a positive social impact and the education sector.
- •Growth mindset, adaptable and excited by fast-paced environments. 'Can do' attitude, bias for action, and desire to be part of a motivated team.
- •Willingness to take ownership and grow with the company.
- •Experience and/or strong knowledge of the education sector is a big plus.
