Lead delivery of platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
- •Lead delivery of Wonderful's platform and AI agents for enterprise customers, managing implementations from scoping through production and ensuring scalable launches.
- •Key Responsibilities Own delivery and coordinate platform implementation and integrations Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on timelines and SLAs Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout delivery Monitor agent performance and drive improvements Requirements 2-5 years experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, or startups Strong project management, organization, and communication skills Comfort with technical concepts like APIs, data flows, and integrations Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI products Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
