- •Identify and prioritize key problems for customers and the business, making a strong case for solutions.
- •Collaborate deeply with ML and engineering teams on relevance and ranking.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager in consumer-facing products, particularly in relevance
- •or ranking-driven experiences.
- •Fluency with search measurement and a demonstrated ability to improve key metrics.
- •Strong product judgment backed by data literacy and customer insight.
- •Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility in a rapidly changing industry, especially with AI advancements.
- •Ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, local markets).
