- •As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding new courier partners and ensuring they have the necessary resources to provide excellent service.
- •Key Responsibilities Onboard, retain, and grow the number of happy Courier Partners.
- •Manage courier gear operations and coordinate warehouse tasks.
- •Monitor courier supply trends and support local actions to ensure smooth operations.
- •Identify blockers, propose improvements, and streamline the onboarding experience.
- •Create and improve processes to drive operational efficiency and scale.
- •Requirements Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- •Organized, reliable, and able to manage logistics and partner requests.
- •Quick learner, comfortable switching between daily tasks and process improvements.
- •Proactive and solution-oriented, taking initiative when things are unclear.
- •Process-oriented, open to using tools like AI and spreadsheets.
- •Fluent in Romanian and English.
