- •Analyze aerodynamics, flight dynamics, propulsion, and aircraft performance using experimental and computational methods.
- •Process test data to characterize propulsion systems.
- •Develop performance models for aircraft and propulsion subsystems.
- •Support aircraft development through all design phases.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in design and performance analysis of electric/hybrid-electric UAS, eVTOL, or distributed electric propulsion aircraft.
- •Strong understanding of fixed-wing and multirotor aerodynamics, performance, stability & control.
- •Experience processing and analyzing flight test and lab test data.
- •Proficiency with Python, Matlab, or similar.
- •Experience with low-speed wind tunnel testing and electric propulsion testing.
