About the role
TL;DR
Integrate and support optical navigation modules on UAV platforms.
- •You will integrate the Osiris optical navigation module onto customer UAV platforms, ensuring it is calibrated, flight-tested, and reliable.
- •This hands-on role involves mechanical fit, wiring, flight controller configuration, testing, and repair.
- •Key Responsibilities Integrate Osiris onto customer UAV platforms: mechanical mounting, power, wiring, and data links.
- •Configure and tune ArduPilot for interoperation with Osiris.
- •Calibrate Osiris units and validate system performance.
- •Diagnose and repair faulty units in the field and on the bench.
- •Analyze ground and flight test results and provide feedback.
- •Requirements Fluent Ukrainian and working English.
- •Practical understanding of ArduPilot/PX4, MAVLink, and flight logs.
- •Solid grasp of practical electronics, schematics, and fault finding.
- •Ability to repair devices, including soldering and cable repair.
- •Basic working knowledge of Linux command line.
- •Ability to analyze flight logs and identify issues.
