  • •Wing is looking for a Finance Lead to support Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
  • •This role will be hybrid based in Palo Alto, CA.
  • •Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic Finance Business Partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics leadership.
  • •Oversee financial management for R&D, CAPEX, manufacturing, and freight/warehouse operations.
  • •Design and maintain complex cost frameworks, encompassing Bill of Materials (BOM), factory yields, and inventory valuation.
  • •Synthesize technical roadmap milestones and hardware specifications into scalable financial projections.
  • •Orchestrate monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and close cycles while articulating the operational drivers behind financial variances.
  • •Requirements At least 12 years of advancing experience within engineering or finance, working closely with hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain organizations.
  • •A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Superior proficiency in financial modeling (Google Sheets super-user) with a history of architecting zero-to-one frameworks for COGS, BOM, and production workflows.
  • •Robust business acumen and the talent to distill intricate technical roadmaps into polished, board-ready narratives and financial insights.
  • •Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with engineering teams and highly technical stakeholders.
  • •A relentless drive for operational efficiency, with an emphasis on automation and the integration of modern AI tools to modernize financial reporting.
