- •This role involves assisting with various stages of study conduct, from startup to closeout, ensuring accurate and timely completion of procedures.
- •Key Responsibilities Support study startup activities, including document and workflow development.
- •Assist with the configuration and testing of study systems.
- •Support participant recruitment, enrollment, and study visit preparation.
- •Maintain study documentation and tracking tools.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience supporting clinical research or human-subject studies.
- •At least 1 year of experience in clinical research coordination or similar study operations.
- •Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and human-subject research requirements.
- •Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
