- •webAI is seeking an Edge AI Systems Engineer to support Public Sector initiatives, focusing on building and optimizing AI systems for secure, distributed edge environments.
- •This role involves deploying AI models onto embedded hardware for government edge use cases.
- •Key Responsibilities Deploy and prototype AI models into embedded hardware systems for government edge environments.
- •Quantize, compile, and deploy real-time multi-agent pipelines for diverse edge architectures.
- •Develop algorithms for asynchronous multimodal data fusion, tracking, and signal processing.
- •Architect and maintain high-fidelity Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation environments.
- •Lead physical assembly, system calibration, and ruggedized field-testing of multi-node prototypes.
- •Requirements 6+ years of professional experience in RF and networking architecture, tactical radio systems, and distributed middleware.
- •Hands-on experience with embedded & edge AI systems, computer vision, signal processing, or custom hardware integration.
- •Strong understanding of physical SWaP-C optimization, network partitioning, and cross-platform development (x86 and Jetson/ARM64).
- •Demonstrated expertise in Python, C++, and deep fluency in Linux.
