About the role
TL;DR
Lead end-to-end implementations of Watershed's sustainability platform for strategic accounts.
- •Watershed is seeking a customer-focused problem solver to lead end-to-end deployments of their enterprise sustainability platform for large, strategic accounts.
- •This role involves translating goals into clear plans, finding solutions, orchestrating cross-functional work, and building customer confidence.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and deliver implementations from kickoff to wrap-up, managing discovery, milestones, and risks.
- •Serve as the primary customer contact, building high-trust relationships with stakeholders.
- •Design creative solutions to meet customer needs and identify potential future product requirements.
- •Coordinate internal and customer teams, sequence dependencies, and manage timelines.
- •Act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
- •Requirements 3-6+ years in management consulting, solutions, or software implementation, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- •Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- •Strong systems thinking and ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- •Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
