- •Vynca is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory & Governance Manager to support its healthcare regulatory compliance efforts.
- •This role involves evaluating the operational impact of regulatory requirements and ensuring their effective implementation across the organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day healthcare regulatory compliance activities.
- •Oversee the lifecycle management of organizational policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- •Support regulatory assessments for new state expansions.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into new initiatives.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or related operations.
- •Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
- •Experience with policy management and document control programs.
- •Strong organizational and communication skills.
