About the role
TL;DR
Manage global trade compliance for new product and market launches, building program infrastructure.
- •Oura is building a Global Trade Program and is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager to own the Market Expansion & Enablement pillar.
- •This role ensures trade readiness is integrated into product and market launch timelines.
- •Key Responsibilities Own trade readiness for new product introductions and market entries.
- •Build and administer repeatable trade-readiness checklists and review cadences.
- •Serve as Trade's voice in launch decision forums, providing trade-readiness signals for go/no-go decisions.
- •Act as the connective tissue between different pillars of the Global Trade Program.
- •Design and stand up intake, documentation, and escalation processes for the pillar.
- •Requirements 8-12+ years of professional experience in global trade compliance, customs, or international trade operations.
- •Deep working knowledge of global import/export regulations, HS classification, country-of-origin determinations, and trade-risk assessment.
- •Proven ability to build a program, process, or function from scratch.
- •Excellent cross-functional influence skills.
- •Strong communication and presentation skills.
