About the role
TL;DR
Owns the company-wide integrations roadmap and product strategy for hospital onboarding.
- •Vitalize is building the system that intelligently runs hospitals, starting with labor management.
- •This role focuses on the Foundations team, which is responsible for getting Vitalize into hospitals quickly and configuring it correctly.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the company-wide integrations roadmap and technical design.
- •Automate manual work for the Deployments team to improve time-to-live.
- •Translate complex union contracts and regulations into product requirements.
- •Gather insights from customer implementations to inform product strategy.
- •Shape the roadmap to avoid one-off solutions and build scalable features.
- •Requirements Experience building internal tooling with internal teams as customers.
- •Experience PMing enterprise integrations at a high-growth startup.
- •Experience gathering customer feedback during implementation.
- •Ability to prioritize roadmaps against go-to-market pressure.
- •Startup experience where the system didn't exist before.
