About the role
TL;DR
Consults with nonprofits to solve fundraising and system challenges using Virtuous software.
- •The Solutions Consultant is a customer-facing member of the Professional Services team who helps nonprofit organizations solve fundraising, operational, and system challenges.
- •This role combines nonprofit expertise, consultative problem-solving, and hands-on system experience to design practical solutions and guide advanced customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a Virtuous expert, understanding the product suite and communicating complex functionality.
- •Lead consulting sessions to understand customer goals and recommend practical solutions.
- •Design end-to-end donor engagement journeys and advise on responsive fundraising practices.
- •Assess customer system landscapes and advise on integrations with Virtuous.
- •Manage Professional Services engagements, including scope, timelines, and customer communication.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising operations or consulting.
- •Hands-on experience with nonprofit CRM, fundraising, or marketing automation platforms.
- •Consultative problem-solving experience translating needs into system and process solutions.
- •Experience delivering technical or process training to customers.
- •Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, queries, and reporting tools.
