About the role
TL;DR
Manage compliance program operations and serve as on-site auditor liaison.
- •Verse is looking for a Compliance Operations Associate to help keep our compliance program running smoothly day to day.
- •This role is a mix of desk work and hands-on facility work.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain and update compliance trackers, calendars, and checklists.
- •Serve as the on-site point of contact for third-party auditors and inspectors.
- •Accompany auditors throughout on-site walk-throughs, answering questions and facilitating access.
- •Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and job aids.
- •Assist in preparing reports and dashboards summarizing compliance status for leadership.
- •Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, operations, or audit support.
- •Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple ongoing trackers/deadlines.
- •Excellent attention to detail.
- •Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- •Comfortable working both independently at a desk and in person on the facility floor.
