- •As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead the campaign operations foundation that supports demand generation while helping shape how AI changes the way our Marketing team works.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop AI-powered marketing systems using automation, agents, and integrations.
- •Lead marketing automation and campaign infrastructure, improving lead management and sales handoff processes.
- •Partner with marketers to redesign end-to-end workflows and monitor system health.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
- •Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo).
- •Experience creating automations, integrations, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows.
- •Comfort working with data, APIs, and technical systems.
