- •Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products and wants its marketing team to operate with the same level of technology and automation.
- •This role sits between engineering, AI, automation, and growth, building internal tools and automations to accelerate marketing efforts.
- •Key Responsibilities Build internal full-stack applications to help marketing and creative teams work faster.
- •Automate repetitive marketing processes by connecting platforms, APIs, and internal systems.
- •Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs and other AI capabilities.
- •Prototype and ship internal applications, automations, landing pages, integrations, and AI-powered workflows rapidly.
- •Own web experiences, building and maintaining marketing landing pages and campaign pages.
- •Requirements 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing engineering, or automation.
- •Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development skills; comfortable with databases and basic backend infrastructure.
- •Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- •Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs, and strong experience using AI coding tools.
- •Execution-oriented and pragmatic approach to turning business problems into working solutions.
