- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical customer relationship for strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
- •Develop and execute tailored Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives.
- •Guide customer activation, adoption, and optimization to maximize value from the Veeam portfolio.
- •Conduct health assessments, architecture reviews, and provide strategic recommendations.
- •Develop executive-ready business reviews and resilience reports.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles focused on data protection and recovery technologies.
- •Strong technical expertise across backup and recovery, virtualization, operating systems, storage, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- •Proven ability to translate customer business objectives into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- •Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- •VMCE certification required or obtained within an agreed-upon timeframe.
