- •Front is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic prospects and customers, focusing on transforming customer service through AI, automation, and integrations.
- •You will partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise sales cycles, owning the technical strategy from discovery to validation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives.
- •Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives, architecture, and constraints.
- •Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and AI proofs of concept.
- •Architect creative integrations with customer technology ecosystems using Front's APIs.
- •Communicate technical concepts and business value to stakeholders from engineering to C-level executives.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within enterprise SaaS.
- •Proven success in navigating and winning complex enterprise opportunities.
- •Strong experience with AI, automation, complex business workflows, and APIs.
- •Hands-on experience with AI-powered products and leading customer proofs of concept.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
