- •Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide mid-market customers through their security and compliance journeys.
- •You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by leveraging your expertise in Vanta's products and security best practices.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead post-sales activities including onboarding, implementation, and renewals for mid-market customers.
- •Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
- •Act as the voice of the customer within Vanta, influencing strategy and product priorities.
- •Become a product expert on Vanta's platform and compliance offerings.
- •Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
- •Extensive experience building strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- •Proven ability to manage accounts and build relationships through QBRs, health checks, and executive summaries.
- •Experience working in the security or compliance industry is preferred.
- •Clear and thoughtful communication skills with strong critical thinking ability.
