TL;DR
Account Executive to build Vanta's downmarket business in Latin America.
- •Vanta is seeking a Founding Account Executive to establish and grow its downmarket business across Latin America.
- •This role offers a unique opportunity to build a market from the ground up, shape go-to-market strategies, and establish repeatable sales motions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle for downmarket accounts across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
- •Build and execute outbound strategies to generate pipeline, working closely with a dedicated SDR.
- •Convert inbound demand into closed-new business, driving the majority of pipeline through self-sourced outbound.
- •Define and communicate Vanta's benefits, including running demos in Spanish.
- •Help lay the sales playbook and go-to-market foundation for Vanta's expansion into Spanish-speaking LatAm.
- •Requirements Full native fluency in Spanish, with Portuguese a major plus.
- •Direct experience selling into LatAm markets. 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying closing experience, including a transactional/high-velocity sales background.
- •Experience in a founding AE or early-market-building role strongly preferred.
- •Proven ability to self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
