About the role
TL;DR
Shape user experience for members and partners by designing intuitive web and mobile applications.
- •As a Senior Product Designer at Urban Sports Club, you're on a mission to shape the user experience for our valued members and partners.
- •You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create digital solutions that elevate the holistic user experience and drive business objectives.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and enhancement of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile app experiences.
- •Own and continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- •Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business goals and technical feasibility.
- •Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- •Requirements 6+ years of Product Design experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior role.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact across B2C native mobile and web applications.
- •Experience driving the complete design process in agile environments.
- •Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- •Experience leveraging usage metrics from tools like Google Analytics or Looker.
