TL;DR
Design the AI-powered operating system for renewable energy installers.
- •Reonic is seeking a passionate Product Designer to shape the interface and experience of their AI-powered operating system for renewable energy installers.
- •This role involves designing the core product, improving existing flows, and setting a high bar for UX/UI quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Design the AI-Powered OS interface and user experience.
- •Apply a product lens to understand user needs and business impact.
- •Maintain a high standard for intuitive, accessible, and delightful UX/UI.
- •Redesign existing flows and create new ones from scratch.
- •Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance UX quality.
- •Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking. 2-3 years of experience as a product/UX designer, ideally in a startup.
- •Strong product sense and comfort with ambiguity.
- •Growth & UX understanding with experience using quantitative and qualitative data.
- •Ability to leverage AI tools for concepting and prototyping.
