- •Key Responsibilities Own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, balancing reliability today with a roadmap to modernize it.
- •Build tools for workforce planning for care team capacity, partnering with supply and demand model owners.
- •Design and deliver AI-powered features to improve scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and staffing decisions.
- •Collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to translate user needs into detailed specs and user stories.
- •Define and track success metrics for scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, and care quality.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms.
- •Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, RAG, personalization) with clear metric lifts.
- •Experience designing and launching products for operational or care-team-facing workflows, including scheduling, staffing, or logistics.
- •Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments.
- •Comfort with quantitative, model-driven problems such as demand forecasting or capacity/supply modeling.
