- •Jerry.ai is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead their customer-facing Agentic AI product, leveraging LLMs and internal APIs to create a magical customer experience.
- •This role involves owning the platform strategy for AI systems, from prompt consolidation to emerging technology decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the strategy for migrating prompts onto a unified platform.
- •Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot.
- •Track and make decisions on emerging technologies like voicebots and computer use.
- •Manage the OpenAI relationship and Jerry's presence in the ChatGPT store.
- •Keep the current AI platform running while driving architectural decisions for its future.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in a technical role at a fast-paced startup.
- •Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs.
- •Comfortable diving into technical conversations about API design and system architecture.
- •Familiarity with SQL and comfortable diving into data to answer questions.
- •Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example in implementing AI platform standards.
