- •Twilio is seeking a curious and action-oriented financial analyst for the Deal Desk Team to support its North American Go-to-Market motion.
- •This role involves providing financial governance and structuring for non-standard commercial agreements, partnering with Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure win-win deals that optimize corporate margin goals.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze deal economics for standard and non-standard agreements, evaluating pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact.
- •Structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk, ensuring alignment with Twilio’s financial guardrails.
- •Build and maintain financial models and pricing scenarios to support non-standard deal requests.
- •Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
- •Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or an analytical GTM/Deal Desk role (or 4 years of relevant analytical experience if no degree).
- •Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with a firm understanding of core financial concepts.
- •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with proven experience building financial models and scenario analyses.
- •Diligent, detail-oriented skillset with the ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests simultaneously.
- •Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and high integrity.
