- •In our fast-growing organization, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can reliably deliver complex technical programs spanning platform infrastructure, model pipelines, console products, and company-wide initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Simultaneously manage multiple large programs across platform infrastructure, models, products, and strategic initiatives Define project scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones, and build execution plans Accelerate decision-making by presenting roadmaps and solutions with a clear understanding of cross-team technical trade-offs Manage escalation criteria and communication structures when issues arise to prevent slowdowns in execution speed Proactively detect and align information asymmetry and priority misalignment between distributed teams Requirements Foundational knowledge in computer science or a related technical field Experience as an Engineer or Product Manager leading prioritization of complex technical challenges and driving cross-team execution Technical capability to directly understand and structure dependencies and risks across models, products, and infrastructure The ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and, when needed, take initiative by drafting the first version yourself Proactiveness that goes beyond executing assigned tasks
