Senior Producer to create high-performing direct-response video content.
- •Rocket Money is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Video Creative team.
- •This role requires a deep understanding of direct response advertising, a strong creative voice, and the ability to transform concepts into high-performing content.
- •Key Responsibilities Own integrated production end-to-end for direct-response ads across digital and broadcast platforms.
- •Shoot, direct, and produce original footage, managing all stages of production.
- •Compose motion graphic explainers and source new content to scale creative output.
- •Collaborate with the creative team on ideation, storyboarding, and concept development.
- •Iterate quickly based on performance data to optimize content for specific channels and platforms.
- •Requirements Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- •Strong design sensibilities; experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- •Comfortable on production sets and across all stages of production from pre to post.
- •Experienced with budgets, timelines, vendor management, and cost oversight.
- •Excellent time management skills with the ability to accurately assess scope and availability.
