Manage creative production, digital ad workflows, and process improvements for Rocket Money's Creative team.
- •Rocket Money is looking for a Project Manager to join our Creative team.
- •This role will be the operational backbone for producing and shipping creative assets, managing digital ad production, and driving process improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead creative kickoffs and manage day-to-day digital ad production.
- •Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows and champion AI solutions.
- •Research, test, and roll out new tools to enhance team capabilities.
- •Own quality control, asset integrity, and partner with legal for asset review.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
- •Proficient with PM tools (such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana).
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong instincts around quality assurance.
- •Calm under deadline pressure with strong risk management and communication skills.
