Help crypto businesses leverage AI intelligence for tracing illicit funds and disrupting financial crime.
- •TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist for Eastern Europe to help clients maximize the value of their AI-powered intelligence solutions.
- •You will partner with crypto businesses to trace illicit funds, operationalize compliance programs, and disrupt financial crime.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to crypto businesses, maximizing platform effectiveness in investigative, supervisory, risk, and compliance functions.
- •Explain complex technical and investigative concepts, supporting customer teams in interpreting blockchain data and conducting financial crime investigations.
- •Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations for various customer teams.
- •Conduct structured training sessions to embed TRM into customer programs.
- •Serve as the Voice of the Customer, channeling feedback to product and engineering teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in crypto businesses or financial institutions (compliance, investigative, or customer-facing roles).
- •High proficiency in English; Polish language skills are desirable.
- •Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics.
- •Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable solutions.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and rigor.
