Chief of Staff to CEO to increase CEO's strategic leverage and drive company priorities.
- •Treeswift is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO, acting as an extension of their judgment, network, and execution.
- •This role is focused on increasing the CEO's leverage as a strategic operator by managing executive relationships, driving strategic priorities, and representing the CEO in external-facing conversations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the CEO's external operating system, including outreach, relationship management, and meeting preparation.
- •Build and maintain a structured pipeline of executive relationships within the utility industry.
- •Drive cross-functional strategic projects end to end that directly support the CEO and executive team.
- •Draft communications on behalf of the CEO and represent Treeswift externally.
- •Requirements Demonstrated ability to build credibility in executive circles and a genuine enjoyment of building long-term professional relationships.
- •MBA or comparable experience in consulting, investing, strategy, or startup leadership.
- •High agency: ability to spot what needs to happen and execute without waiting for direction.
- •Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to represent the CEO and Treeswift externally.
