Owns the end-to-end deployment of AI financial analysts at major health systems.
- •As a Deployment Lead at Translucent, you’ll own the end-to-end deployment of our AI financial analyst at major health systems.
- •You will drive customers from signed contract to live platform, navigating complex stakeholders, technical integrations, and healthcare data.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full deployment lifecycle
- •scoping, data integration, configuration, validation, QA, go-live, and post-launch adoption

- •Manage complex stakeholder environments across CFOs, data teams, IT, and clinical operations.
- •Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers, product, and engineering to drive technical workstreams and unblock integration challenges.
- •Build client trust in both deterministic and AI-generated outputs and design validation processes.
- •Capture learnings from each deployment and translate them into reusable playbooks and product feedback.
- •Requirements 4+ years in a deployment, implementation, or forward-deployed role at an enterprise software or technology company.
- •Proven track record owning enterprise client relationships in technically complex, high-stakes environments.
- •Strong project execution instincts: drive workstreams, hold clients accountable, and create structure in ambiguity.
- •Technical credibility to talk data, integrations, and systems fluently.
- •Clear, direct communicator who can present to a CFO and a data engineer.
- •Fast learner, comfortable ramping on unfamiliar domains and synthesizing quickly.
